Seeing the world up close, especially in developing countries, has given me an overwhelming sense of gratitude and has inspired me to help others wherever I could. I’m not naive enough to think I can change the world, but if we all do just one little something, we can collectively make a difference in someone’s life!
Cool Stuff + Good Karma = Conscious Creation

I think the Dalai Lama expresses the sentiment perfectly.
“I believe that to meet the challenge of our times, human beings will have to develop a greater sense of universal responsibility. Each of us must learn to work not for his or her self, family or nation, but for the benefit of all mankind. Universal responsibility is the real key to human survival. It is the best foundation for world peace, the equitable use of natural resources and through concern for the future generations, the proper care of the environment.”
I see now how vital the Dalai Lama’s statement is to, “benefit all mankind”, whereas before I didn’t really know what I could do and was more caught up in the happenings of my own little world. I was a compassionate person before, no doubt I wanted to help, but I didn’t see how and I was not willing to take action. For me now, eyes wide open to the truths of the world, non-action is no longer an option.
So Conscious Creations is the beginning of something. I’m starting small with my first ‘conscious creation’, the mandala bag, but I’m also working to connect the dots with my contacts in Rwanda, India and here where I’m now living in Thailand. The more products I can offer you, the more people we can help!
